Tasha RecruitBot
The recruitment process at Sutherland Global Services involved time-consuming manual tasks for recruiters and onboarding specialists, particularly in customer support centers worldwide. To address these inefficiencies, the product development team collaborated with HR to create Tasha Recruitbot, a tool designed to streamline recruitment, enhance engagement, and improve the hiring experience for both recruiters and candidates.
The manual recruitment process required substantial effort and time, often leading to delays and inconsistencies. Additionally, there were gaps in messaging, expectation-setting, and usability that impacted both candidates’ and recruiters’ experiences.
